Two Unique Internet Monitoring Services Make Their Debut

NEW YORK, Aug. 10, 1998: Kessler & Associates announced today that it will unveil Web.Sweep® and News.Sweep® at the 44th annual ASIS Seminar and Exhibition. This year’s show is slated for September 14-17 at the Dallas Convention Center in Dallas, Texas.

Kessler & Associates, the premier International Corporate Investigative Service, will join over 15,000 security professionals at this year’s convention. ASIS, the American Society for Industrial Security, has over 30,000 members internationally.

A highlight at this year’s show will be the introduction of Web.Sweep® and News.Sweep® two unique services of Kessler & Associates. News.Sweep® is a sophisticated Internet

clipping service, providing companies with up-to-date information about their firm or their competitors. Web.Sweep® helps detect unauthorized use of company names, trademarks, copyrights, trademarked phrases, or other intangibles. It alerts the user to libelous

statements and serves as a guardian to protect a company’s most precious asset, their name and reputation. With the combined efforts of News.Sweep® and Web.Sweep® companies are now able to collect competitive intelligence and protect intellectual property online.

Join Michael Kessler, President and CEO of Kessler & Associates at a 9:20 am press

conference on Tuesday September 15, 1998 at the ASIS show. Take part in an informative discussion on methods employed by his cyber detectives to identify criminal activity on the Internet. Topics for discussion include the use of the Internet for distribution of counterfeit and stolen property, product diversion, and telemarketing fraud.

Kessler & Associates offers a full range of investigative services including forensic

accounting, cybercrime investigation, intellectual property investigations, and competitive intelligence. Kessler & Associates invites those attending the ASIS show to visit them at booth 249. If you cannot make the show and would like to obtain more information on their Internet monitoring programs, or any of the other investigative services offered by Kessler & Associates, please contact Susan Peterson at (212) 286-9100 or visit their website at http://www.investigation.com.
