Evidence Retrieval & Analysis

The gathering of information, which can later be used in litigation, is not always a simple task.More cases throughout history have been tainted due to the mishandling or illegal acquisition of evidence. At Kessler International our experienced staff are well trained in the laws regarding evidence retrieval and information gathering.

Probably one of the most frustrating events is knowing the suspected thief is guilty, having hard evidence to prove it, and then finding out that the evidence was thrown out of court due to the manner in which it was obtained or handled.

There also is a high level of frustration in knowing that evidence exists and yet obstacles remain in the way of obtaining it. Kessler International is a pro at finding ways to break down such obstacles. We firmly believe that if a crime is being committed there must be a legal and just manner in which to prove its existence.

Evidence retrieval can be tricky. It may require placing an operative in a position where this evidence is legally available, obtaining legal documentation to have information released, or sometimes something as basic as locating discarded information from the office or home of the suspected assailant. Kessler International’s professional staff can assist you in any of these needs.

Once the obstacle of information gathering is removed, the next challenge comes in the use of the information once it has been obtained. Analysis of the evidence is probably as important, or maybe even more important, than its acquisition. Our staff of forensic specialists can determine the smallest bit of information from the most unlikely sources. Forensic investigative methods will often solve the crime. It is not unusual to hear that a fiber found on a piece of clothing pointed the finger directly toward the criminal. At Kessler International we can utilize the evidence obtained to help prove guilt or innocence in ways that will amaze you.

If you are in need of evidence retrieval and analysis beware that taking this matter into your own hands could mean the destruction of valuable evidence and the future compromise of your investigation. If you want evidence handled in a matter that will guarantee success you need to bring this matter to the attention of those professionally trained in evidence retrieval and analysis. Call Kessler International today and be assured if evidence exists we will not only locate it for you but we will also make the best use of this evidence to solve your problem.

Case Studies
1.A national veterans organization requested Kessler International to conduct an internal investigation, into allegations that one of its chapters had engaged in inappropriate behavior. The alleged acts included dishonest expenditures and the misuse of the charitable funds. The researchers and investigators at Kessler International obtained, reviewed, and analyzed the financial and accounting records of the organization. They conducted an outside investigation, which examined the business relationships and entities owned by the chapter’s top officers. Interviews with employees and other sources were also completed. Our experts worked with law enforcement and presented the information on behalf of the U.S. Government’s criminal prosecution.

2. An e-solution provider wanted to sell his shares of the business to his partner but there was a large discrepancy over the selling price. Our client believed their company was worth more than what appeared in their books, because he knew his partner often overlooked his accounting responsibilities. His partner disagreed and called the accounting records accurate and true. The researchers and investigators at Kessler International carefully performed a detailed analysis of the financial and accounting records and found our client’s allegations were correct and months worth of accounting were missing. Our client and his partner renegotiated the selling price and reached an accordable medium.
