A Message From The President

Bodyguards should be employed where the personal safety of the key employee is at risk. If an employee has reason to believe they may be a key target for kidnapping, due to threats or previous attempts, then a personal bodyguard should be retained to provide protection. Although many believe physical strength is of the utmost importance in bodyguard selection, this may not be the case. Intelligence is the first criteria necessary. Good physical condition is also necessary, as is proper training to assure proper reaction to crisis situations. The last criteria, but possibly the most importance is a good mental attitude and stability.

Terrorists may attack at any time and in a variety of ways. Unfortunately, as evidenced by the recent World Trade Center attack, most often the attack cannot be predetermined. Not all terrorist activities can be stopped, but it is essential that we all do what we can to protect ourselves in ways we can control. By following the guidelines outlined in regard to hijacking, bomb attacks and kidnapping we can at least protect ourselves from these tools of terrorism.

Our country has been dealt a horrid blow and it may take a very long time for recovery. It may take even longer for Americans to once again feel the security and safety that they felt prior to September 11th. However, once the memory has faded we must still understand that the threat has not disappeared; it merely has hidden itself once again from our conscious mind, but will never truly be gone.

As President Bush stated, "Terrorist attacks can shake the foundations of our biggest buildings, but they cannot touch the foundation of America" Our foundation is still standing tall, but we as Americans must protect this foundation to our best ability and remember that it is our duty to protect one another from the threat of terrorism.

Dear Friends,

We at Kessler International share in the world’s mourning over this week’s terrible events. We are still in shock and have vivid recollections of the tragedy and the victims! Our hearts and prayers are with everyone effected by the cowardly events of madmen on September 11, 2001. We extend our condolences to all who have lost loved ones and friends. But most importantly we thank all the people throughout the world who called our offices and offered support and love in many different ways.

The foundation of civilized life as we know it has been shaken by this diabolical deed. Some of us have lost loved ones, friends and colleagues in this horrific event. Now is the time to reflect on what is really important in your life. Life is very short and everyday is a blessing from the Almighty. Please take this time to spend time with and speak with your family, friends, neighbors and co-workers and let them know that you care. Also take this time to pray for the healing that we all need in this world and lend a helping hand to your fellow man.
I will never forget the telephone calls of support and offers of assistance to comfort us in our time of need.

Thank You and God Bless America.
God Bless you all

Michael G. Kessler
